WCT Announces Grants For Endangered Species Conservation
Wildlife Conservation Trust (WCT) announces the launch of "WCT Small Grants for Conservation of Endangered Species and their Habitats" (WCT-SG), to encourage and further strengthen on-ground conservation of endangered flora and fauna in India.
Wildlife Conservation Trust (WCT) has announced the launch of "WCT Small Grants for Conservation of Endangered Species and their Habitats" (WCT-SG).
The objective of the WCT-SG is to encourage and strengthen on-ground conservation of endangered flora and fauna in India. WCT recognises that community participation is an important ingredient for long term conservation action and encourages the applicants to consider the same while designing their proposals.
In our effort to widen the constituency of conservationists WCT urges both individuals and organisations to apply to further our joint mission of safeguarding India's natural capital.
The last date for submission of a duly completed application form is 15 March, 2017. The final list of selected projects will be announced on the WCT website www.wildlifeconservationtrust.org on April 20, 2017.
