Bridge of God

The result of a trip to the Masai Mara, Bridge of God captures images of the rich African landscape. "For me, I have never had such an experience in my life – a superb feast of wildlife... they are the best large open spaces to see and dotted with an array of the finest creatures that walk our planet."

The authors, Sanjna Kapoor and Valmik Thapar first visited the Masai Mara in April 2000 and then revisited for another 10 days in December 2000. In 20 days, they sighted at least 130 lions, 14 cheetahs, three leopards and a host of other wildlife including some 104 species of birds. The excellent photographs bring alive the beauty of the Mara and its amazing wildlife.
