The Royal Bengal Tiger – Last and Final Call, October 18-19, 2008, New Delhi
On October 18 and 19, 2008, prominent wildlifers, concerned politicians and bureaucrats, lodge owners, scientists, journalists, forest officers, teachers, students, plus a host of concerned individuals will meet at the Shri Ram School in Delhi to discuss the fate of the tiger and the linked fate of India.
This is the second in a series of consultations (for the First Consultation click here) planned by Sanctuary Asia, in association with the Wildlife Conservation Trust (WCT), Mumbai. The purpose is to weld a variety of organisations and individuals together, share information and work out strategies to prevent the extinction of the tiger.
