Launch Of Jonathon Porritt’s The World We Made At The Mumbai LitFest
The launch of Jonathon Porritt’s book The World We Made, followed by a discussion with Sanctuary Asia editor Bittu Sahgal and executive chairman of Brookings India Vikram Mehta, will be held on November 17 as part of the Fourth Mumbai International Literary Festival at the National Centre for Performing Arts, Mumbai.

About the event:
The Mumbai International Literary Festival has grown rapidly to become one of India’s best festivals in just three years. Over 120 writers and thinkers are expected to participate from all over the world during the four-day festival this year.
Jonathon Porritt, co-founder of Forum for the Future, is an eminent writer, broadcaster and commentator on sustainable development. In addition, he is Co-Director of The Prince of Wales’s Business and Sustainability Programme, which runs seminars for senior executives around the world. Jonathon received a CBE in January 2000 for his services to environmental protection.
His latest book, The World We Made, an upbeat vision of our sustainable world in 2050, was published in October 2013.
