Wildlife Conservation & You 2015
“I am a nature lover. I love wildlife. What can I do to save it? How can I contribute to wildlife conservation?”
Wildlife Conservation & You (WCY), has set out to provide answers to those very questions. An NGO formed with the express intention of providing a platform to learn about wildlife conservation and to identify avenues for contributing towards conservation. WCY aims to connect people through their conferences and workshops. Their flag ship conference WCY (held in 2013 & 2014) was well received in Bangalore. Hosting a panel of established conservationists from across the country, the conference has been reaching out to a wide variety of participants from all walks of life. The talks are centered around carefully chosen topics to throw light on the various facets of conservation; wildlife crime, legal framework for conservation, education & research, conservation filmmaking and grass-root conservation to name a few. Participants can interact with leading conservationists and find ways to further enhance their contributions to conservation or to take that elusive first step.
WCY and Sanctuary Asia
