As the Climate suggests, it is raining at regular intervals in Kabini which has had a direct impact on occupancy at our resort. Just reached Ushuaia this morning. The city is more beautiful that I can describe. Snow-capped mountains in the distance, lush forests as far as the eye can see and quaint houses dotting the skyline. I've seen at least 3 huskies - my favourite breed of dog - frolicking in the many gardens we passed on our drive to the hotel.

A confession...this is not being reported from the field. I have not personally visited Bharatpur National Park, not recently anyway.
