Yellow-throated Marten by C. S. Girish

Normally secretive and skulking, even inveterate wildlifers will tell you that they have never seen a yellow-throated marten, let alone photographed one. Yet here are two of these animals performing a virtual ballet for the photographer on a cold winter morning in the Corbett Tiger Reserve. Clearly seen are the yellow patches that give the small, but staggeringly effective hunters their name.
