The Silent Killer

Special Mention: J. Sridharan

The tigress sitting relaxed on the edge of a road in the Katezeri range, had its eyes on a group of wild pigs on the other side. She then moved to a less noticeable spot closer to the pigs. In the photographer’s words: “After waiting for around 40 minutes, she chose a better spot from where she could stalk and ambush them. Within seconds, she managed to bring one down and walked away with her kill.”
