Youth Tiger Summit, September 12-19, 2010, Vladivostok, Russia

There are 13 countries worldwide which still have tigers in the wild, although the numbers are very low. Without immediate strong action, the next few years will be catastrophic for wild tigers.

In India, for example, the number of tigers in the past six years has decreased by more than twice and the total number of all remaining wild tigers on the planet is as low as 3,200.
